Pain, Pain and no one cares
Dr. Stack was my Urologist for a couple years. My first appointment the forgot about me- were closing up and most of the staff went home. I sat in a room for over an hour before i went out and got someone- they clearly forgot about me. They then lost the urine sample from that visit and I had to go back in. After kidney stone surgery I got an infection and was in excruciating pain and it took weeks to get anything done. I had to contact elected officials and my PCP to get anything done. I could rarely reach him or a nurse, appointments constantly canceled and rescheduled for months out. No one cared that I was in extreme pain for months. I don't recommend Richard Stack unless you enjoy remaining in pain and feeling shamed! I did everything recommenced and saw no progress and felt like I was blamed for having kidney stones. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor.

Professional and thorough
I have seen Dr. Stack several times and have found his medical knowledge and explanation of the several pre-existing problems that I have were spot on. I've had kidney problems for many years and have consulted with a number of other urologists, so I have had experience with how others have treated me, good and bad. He offered me medications that no one else had ever even mentioned (which appear to be working). The office staff was very friendly and efficient. No problems from me!
