His surgery destroyed my life...no income in 12 years. Awful method and procedure.

Dr. Low is great!!!!!
Very casual, easy going and straight forward. I had an emergency room surgery removing my Gallbladder. From questions to bedside manner, he is truly a 5 out of 5. Experience could not be any better than this.-Thanks Dr. Low

Hernia repair
Dr Low is very easy to talk to. He explained the surgery and answered all my questions. Is staff is great. There was an issue with paperwork (not due to them) and they got it taken care of.

Entire experience terrible
To summarize my experience: .Arrived, door was locked, lights off, sign on the door “satellite office is not always staffed” w/phone number to call. Front desk woman came to the door, unlocked it. .I was 1st person in the waiting room, called back 27 minutes past my appt time, waiting room was full then. No other staff, front desk woman (who had lost her voice) took me to a room advised Dr. low was on his way from the hospital. I mentioned I was just going to ask her if he was hung up in surgery. “I don’t schedule surgery before appointments, he just needed to stop at the hospital”. Asked my weight and height, put an oximeter on (bad readings, O2 level read 83). She didn’t notice or recheck it. .she left and Dr. Low walked in a minute later - “so, what are we seeing you for today?” 90 seconds later I was leaving, Dr. Low advising me my PCP was wrong referring to surgeon. Unprofessional and no courtesy to me or my PCP - didn’t even read referral! His comments about PCP wrong, etc

Excellent
Dr. Rick Low did my laparoscopic bilateral hernia repair on 1-23-23 and I could not be happier. He was great to deal with and I feel fortunate I was referred to him by my primary care doctor. The surgicenter and staff were also top notch. Highly recommend.

Blessed with the Best!
Dr. Low literally saved my life. I went in as an emergency surgery and he was everything I could of hoped for in a surgeon. He is compassionate, highly skilled and made me feel comfortable from my initial visit. He takes the time to explain everything and answer every question. He has a way of allaying your fears and following through with excellent care. I highly recommend Dr Low.

Dr. Low was the surgeon for my 92 year old mother. He was amazing! She was so frightened about the surgery, and he simplified it for her- taking away the fear. After suffering with her condition for over 2 years (due to fear of surgery) she is now out and doing great. Dr. Low has a wonderful bedside manner, talks at the level that non-medical people can understand, and remains positive and absolutely delightful. I highly recommend him.

On recommendation of my urologist, I made an appt to see Dr. Low to schedule a,double hernia operation with double hydrocele. A week before my appt I received a call from Dr Low's office telling me they have to reschedule. so I waited 2 more weeks then saw the dr. He had me lie down and loosen my pants and he reached under my clothes and did a cursory check. He said I didn't need surgery unless I wanted more children or went into weight lifting. Sure different from my urologist. I was aghast!
