Do not use Bansal for your primary doctor
Do not use Bansal. She does not care about the patient. Also, double check to make sure she codes you right for annual checkup because your insurance deductible will be increase by your insurance. Also, do not contact Caterina (Bansal MA) and Luane Regan if you have problem with Bansal because they do not care.

Refused to see me after paying copay
I was supposed to have an appointment with Dr. Bansal on July 25th. Despite informing the staff that I had COVID-19 and paying the copay, the doctor refused to see me. She sent someone claiming that the doctor was 'uncomfortable' with my condition. They offered a virtual appointment for four days later and suggested I go to Urgent Care if I needed immediate help…After four years of dealing with COVID, this reaction felt unprofessional and unprepared. Even more so because I wore a mask, was on the 7th day after symptoms started, and was fever-free, but she didn’t even bother to ask.If she wasn't comfortable with COVID patients, why did the staff charged me for the visit even after I told them I had it? Even the doctor in the Urgent Care said her reaction was ridiculous. This experience was disappointing and a waste of time and money. With that being said, I wouldn't recommend her.

Wonderful doctor!
I liked her alot. Very thorough & asked pertinent questions & listened to all I said.. next visit is next month. Can't wait to see results of testing I had done..
