Dr. Rihab Kheir
Dr. Kheir is an amazing physician and highly skilled in her field of arthritis and rheumatology. I feel very comfortable during our visits as she directs and treats my arthritis. She is quite accomplished and extremely kind. I am fortunate our paths have crossed, and I recommend her highly.

Bad rheumatologist
She had cancelled my appointment twice because she left the country, and I couldn’t refill any meds because she doesn’t have a nurse working with her. No matter the reason for her absence she lacks a sense of responsibility as a doctor. She should have made sure her patients can have access to medical care if she’s gone for more than a week. I’m going elsewhere to find a better rheumatologist. I do not recommend her.

Dr. Kheir has been my personal physician for a couple of years now. I find her personable, warm, and willing to listen. She has an excellent talent for responding to my concerns in a way that makes me feel she understands what I am saying. Always caring and professional. I have confidence in what she says.

This was one of my worst experiences at a doctor's office. I waited an hour before I was seen, she scheduled me for a 1 pm appt and her sign said she's out to lunch until 1:30pm. When I was finally seen, she was awful at explaining my condition and appeared unsympathetic. She is slow and unfortunately not at all caring or thorough. All other poor reviews I've read about her are true. Go elsewhere for your arthritis and joint pain concerns

This doctor is terribly slow ( I waited one hour in her waiting room). She is unorganized and indecisive. she has also cancelled on me twice now in one month, why is she in business? I will be finding a different rheumatologist.

I've seen Dr Kiehr a few times and every time the wait is well over 45 minutes. There are no other patients from what I can tell. This is unacceptable. There is complete disregard for patient's time and I'm increasing my chances getting covid sitting around waiting. She seems nice but lacks confidence.

So, it seemed pretty good. I just had a second visit and was scheduled for a follow up for a new medication. Within two weeks, I never got my new prescription. I called my pharmacy to make sure and then called the office. After all, I had a check up in two weeks, after all. No! Not a follow up; another appointment to "make sure I wanted the medication." A waste of time and money and PAIN. I can't wait for another doctor. I'm not coming back.

In 53 years of needing medical care, Dr Kheir is one of the BEST doctors that I have ever had. She really listens to her patients and she explains everything in easy to understand terms. She is extremely thorough and very kind, compassionate. I would recommend her to any one who needs an outstanding Rheumatologist. K. Nicholas

I saw Dr. Kheir one time. During that time, the nurse did not put in the correct information in my chart. Following the visit. Dr note was sent to my other physicians incorrectly and I had to call and insist that it be corrected. When I did so, the nurse went directly into the MD notes and changed the information. This really upset me because it altered the physician note. I have had a very difficult time getting my testing records sent to my primary care doctor. While Dr. Kheir was very nice.

Dr. Kheir left the country and could not be contacted and abandoned me as a patient. I cannot get the medication I need from another physician and have to wait 3 months to see another Rheumatologist.
