I had one ear plugged up with wax and couldn 't hear anything in that ear. Was amazing that he could get the wax out and I could hear.

Run far away. He doesn't want to help you.
Will never see Dr. Chait again. Saw him in 2022 with a tinnitus issue. Paid a $90 co-pay just for him to tell me to come back in a month later for a hearing test, which was ANOTHER $90 co-pay for him to review the results. Came back for the hearing test, he said I had slight hearing loss, but to come back in a year or if my symptoms progressed.A year and a half later, I'm feeling pressure and pain and have fluid leaking out of my ear. I have multiple sinus-related symptoms, and faint spells of dizziness. After waiting for 40 minutes, he does the run-of-the-mill test and then dismisses each one of my symptoms. 'Well, dizziness doesn't last long so I'm not worried about that.' 'Pain in the ear? That could just be a pinched nerve.' And then, even after all these symptoms, he just wanted me to come back in for another hearing test.Dr. Chait gave up on helping people a long time ago.
