Horrible receptionists
Visit was alright do all these these gone in 3 times he won’t do a full upper endoscopy putting me to sleep to look at my food pipe where I feel the pain but he also sees I have a deviated septum just gives me allergie medicine when it doesn’t even help since I don’t have allergies. Doesn’t treat and everytime I call in take 2-3 calls to make appointment. I just called again today cause I couldn’t get hold of referral they gave me for throwing up and I was gonna ask for another referral since I’ve been throwing up my morning meals and they just hung up didn’t even assist. Done with horrible service and medicore treatment like 500 down for the 3 visits so far with no help really and I done so much blood work and random test but no upper endoscopy don’t even know if I wanna go back.

The worst appointment I've ever had for my son. My son is autistic so it's hard for him to stay still and is always moving around. Dr came in the room and right off the bat just said "so what's wrong with him" and I was trying to explain and hold my son and the same time and he kept saying so what's wrong? Finally get to the point and he asked me "how many words can he say" no clue why this had anything to do with my sons ear. Then he said that we needed another appointment after no real evaluat

I saw Dr. Habbestad on two separate occasions that were about 15 years apart, which is telling. The first time, he corrected a a misdiagnosis and helped us get going in the right direction toward an accurate diagnosis and more effective treatment. His confidence, attentiveness and no-nonsense approach left an impression on me. Many years later I lost hearing in one ear and returned to him. His treatment had me back at 100% within a week. Excellent ENT specialist.

After hearing how my mother was treated at this facility, I have to advise everyone to seek another healthcare professional other than him. I tried to write a lengthy review but did not have enough characters. In summary, the doctor and entire staff are rude, condescending, subordinating, inpatient and inconsiderate to the point my mother called her insurance to verify if she has good insurance because of the way she was treated. They don't call if the doctor is not going to show up for his appt
