Dr. Martin has had the best bed side manners of any doctor that I have seen. He has always been friendly and has listened to any concerns that I have had. The staff has been amazing as well. They have always returned my calls in a reasonable amount of time and have been professional with every encounter. I am extremely grateful for being referred to this clinic.

His scheduling staff for surgery was above the normal office staff, she was caring, helpful, empathetic and if my memory wasn’t so bad I would remember her name to say thank you, but she’s is at the LR location . That being said however, I was very disappointed with the Dr himself. I brought in with me to my appointment no less than six sets. Of recent X-rays, an MRI, a podiatrist report all from the last week- two months. My podiatrist referred me to him because I needed repair of 5 different fractures and he grudgingly agreed to do a repair on one of the 5 and even though I had a set of X-rays from a week ago, he looked at me lied to my face, and said that my foot was healed . It must be magic since it’s been broken now for 8 months! His assistant does his assessment for him and barely touched me and since I didn’t tell her that her baby lite touch didn’t hurt that much he made an assumption. I need it all fixed not just one area. SMH

I waited in the waiting room at Baptist Medical after he performed surgery on my dads foot ... I waited and he never came in the OR waiting room to consult me I called and let EVERYONE know I was there! He never showed! By the time he wasted my precious moments I got to my fathers room he had died. Thank you for wasting precious moments of my life and torturing my soul forever! Do you always get a family member to consent to surgery?????? This will be investigated!

Worst experience I've had with medicine. Dr. Martin is very kind, but I felt very rushed every visit and the wait was always way too long. I traveled two hours to see him every time I visited and spent more time in the waiting room than I ever did talking to him. I had an operation with him, which failed leaving shards of metal in my foot and left my bones broken. I know some people have had a great outcomes using him, but unfortunately this was not my case. Wouldn't recommend.

I went in to go over work that needs to be done on my ankle. His staff were very friendly, I never fealt like I couldn't speak my mind, or that our time was rushed. It was as comfortable as a visit can be, and I can't say enough about Dr Martin's knowledge and patience. I haven't had the surgery yet but from the stuff I've heard and now have read on Google, I'm definitely going to have him operate.

Dr. Martin performed surgery almost a year ago on my rt. foot and I am going in again for my lft. foot exactly one year to the day. Dr. Martin and staff are very professional and helpful during the recovery process with anything I may need. They called and checked on me in the days following surgery! Highly recommend.

Dr. Martin is a fantastic and knowledgeable surgeon and doctor after a failed surgery with a different Ortho Dr. He repaired my foot expertly I am so grateful to have found him. I am walking with less pain than prior to surgery at 2 months out. I really can't say enough good things about him.

Dr. Martin orded a Nerve Conduction Test on my legs but never called me with the result neither did he or his nurse call me back when I left a message. I work at his hospital but would NOT recommend him. Save your money and time and go to a Doctor who cares!
