If I could leave zero stars I would
Been coming here for years to deal with alergies, ear infections and nasal congestion. The ONLY reason I come back is because the Cherokees pay for it (thank you) but this is honestly the worst physician in there network. After dozens of appointments there has never been one that was on time. I always sit and wait for 30-90 mins to be seen after my appointment time when I show up 15-20 mins early. And then Macdonald just runs in and out real quick because he doesn't care. He just wants to get paid. I do not recommend at all.

15 minutes prior to my sons surgical arrival time, Dr. McDonald instructed his staff to contact me and informed me that he no longer wanted to perform surgery on the autistic child! Dr. McDonald also ordered $111.09 worth of prescriptions that are only viable for seven days due to these prescriptions being water soluble compounded prescriptions.McDonald refuses to refund me for these prescriptions even after canceling the procedure. 15 minutes prior to the arrival time.my son was required to be Covid tested the day before surgery.During the two phone conversation where I begged for them to complete his surgery as scheduled. It was said seven times the Dr. McDonald did not want to see the child with autism.do not take your child here!

Very kind, thorough, and friendly
I was there today. He was very kind and thorough, so was his nurse Maria. The whole staff was kind and helpful.

My husband just had an ethmoidectomy and polyp removal with Dr. McDonald. His surgery and conservative post-op plan is encouraging and shows confidence for the restoration of normal breathing we hope for!

Waste of Time
He avoids answering questions. Does not provide a proper diagnosis or prognosis. Gave no explanation for sudden loss of hearing in left ear. In 2 visits, spent only a few minutes total with me. Told me "You are old. Get used to it."

Don’t
He’s a condescending man who doesn’t spend more than 3 minutes with patients. I asked questions and he spoke to like I was an idiot.
