If you have any billing issues with them, don’t wait for them to respond to you. It has taken Robert Meeks 2 weeks to reply to my first complain. He sent me an email that did not match my original issue. Which makes it clear that for 1. He didn’t read the 10+ email chain I had with the clinic 2. He didn’t care. He gave me a general response. I asked him for a call back two weeks ago and sent a follow up email last week. I’m still waiting for a rssponse.
