I have been in the care of Dr Morgan for many years and have always been treated with the upmost respect. He is a caring and attentive Doctor. Dr Morgan is wonderful and will be truly missed by me. I am 75 years old and have seen many Doctors and please know ALL OTHERS WERE PALE IN COMPARISON TO DOCTOR MORGAN. Personal note to Dr Morgan: Dr Morgan thank you ever so much for all the care you have given me over the years. I feel I’ll never find another Doctor as professional and knowledgeable as you. Be safe and God be with you on your journey forward. Patricia Jones

I started going to Dr. Morgan in the 90's. Never any issues. He was kind, never rushed, always professional. I am shocked at the other reviews. Enjoy your retirement doctor.

I have gone to Dr. Morgan for many years. I stopped seeing two years ago, when I was having heart issues. I went to see him three times in four months about irregular heart beat. The 3 times I saw him about my heart, he said nothing was wrong and did not want to send me for any test. I went to a cardiologist who had me wear a monitor. I was going in and out of Afib. The positive thing about the actions of Dr. Morgan is that I found a great primary doctor.

Dr Morgan recommended my father-in-law have a stress test. The results were ok, and Dr Morgan said he should exercise more and did not refer him to a cardiologist. We pushed my father-in-law to see a cardiologist who stated the need for a pacemaker/defibrillator which he has received. Also there has been a diagnosis of congestive heart failure. Dr Morgan should either retire or be fired as he is a risk to his patients and SSM.

I see I am not the only one Dr. Morgan has cussed out. He forgot about me when I needed a script called in after for a sinus infection. Then cussed me out because I was persistent then next time. Went so far as to tell me not to come back and called my dad and canceled his appointment too. This guy is an a joke.

Dr. Morgan does not listen to his patients. His arrogance will not allow him to put his patients needs at the forefront. His diagnoses are knee-jerk and without second thought and when you question it for clarification he merely repeats his initial findings. He avoids call-ins from patients and employs a messenger to deliver his responses. This only amplifies his arrogance and disinterest in his patients. Complaints to the MO Medical Board will be made.

I will never again seek care from Dr Morgan. I visited his office & was diagnosed w/ Bronchitis. I was given a Zpac, as my 3rd antibotic for this same problem. AS DR MORGAN INSTRUCTED, after 3 days, I cld his office at 2:30, 4:00 & AH5:02 & 5:58 to let him know that I had no relief. When he returned my call, he was VERY irritated & said to wait the full 10 days (like thats how long it would take to work) A good Dr would have suggested a steroid since it was my 3rd round of antibiotics.
