Worst experience ever-changed my life
Non-communicative. Does not answer questions, explain procedures or options. 18 months after surgery, my vision is worse than it was before I was treated. Now I need prescription glasses for tasks that I did before without glasses and there is a range of vision that cannot be improved - it's just blurry. Surgery changed the quality of my life for worse. I'm not able to see clearly enough to do the things that I enjoyed before surgery. Thanks doc

Always Professional
I have seen Dr. Noecker for several years and have never had a bad experience. The office staff has always been responsive and helpful. I have never been kept waiting. The waiting room does have a coffee machine available for patients. My exams have been thorough and with up to date equipment. Dr. Noecker has never made me feel rushed and has always gone over any results of any tests. I am an advanced practice nurse and I have been pleased with this practice in all aspects of my care.

Robocall mania
Have not been to this dr in years. About six months ago his office added my number to his robocall machine. Calls at least three times a day everyday. Will not stop calls even after I complained to his office.

Terrible experience. He "diagnosed" glaucoma and several other serious eye conditions that I subsequently learned I do not have. He strongly advised laser procedure to "fix" the non-existent conditions. I would recommend avoiding him if you care about your eyes.

Would not at all recommend this Dr Noecker for any type of eye surgery or care. I had eye surgery and I had problems. I called for an appointment and the would not see me. The request was for a review of problems I was having a month after surgery. This request was within the 90 day period after surgery. They were pushing me off to a general eye doctor who kept lying that the surgery was "beautiful".

Terrible experience with practice..Do not recommend. Hard to reach, phone calls not returned. Kept waiting in office for apppt-factory like feel. Went ahead with cataract surgery in spite of negative vibe.(regret that decision)After having post surgical problems, told by office staff I couldn't be seen by another MD without Dr. Noecker's approval (which never came) . Dr. Noecker said not theirpolicy-I should have been seen. The office policy differs from what doctor says.Office is a factory. Kept waiting forever. Unprofessional & very unresponsive. Doctor didn't fully or clearly explain options for premium lense choices w/cataract surgery. Post op problems persisted for long time-depressing. Very disappointed in whole experience-advise others to look elsewhere for eye care. Premium lense charges much higher then other practices. The doctor has excellent education and training on paper; this doesn't equate to a caring, concerned compassionate doctor that one can have confidence in.

The practice is a mill for patients. He keeps patients waiting an hour in the waiting room and never explains complications that could occur from surgery. After he performed surgery that left me with headaches and worse vision than where I started. He has not returned my phone calls for a months. very unprofessional.

Dr. Noecker performed cataract surgery on my eyes 3 years ago. Life has been miserable ever since. Now I need 3 different prescriptions including the long distance that was to be corrected by surgery. Did not explain thoroughly the difficulties I might have with my short-term vision which WAS perfect. He strolled in 2 hours after my surgery was to start, and there were 3 people ahead of me. Very cocky attitude. Another MD had to correct Noecker's work, which I had NEVER MET this man.

this was the worst experience it took 7 phone calls to get in touch with the surgery coordinator she was rude then I was told to go to the Fairfield office for test when I got there the test took 2 min and was told I needed to wait, the only reason was to ask for money $1900.00 I was told that I need to pay or I would not have the surgery I called my insurance and was told that the office never called them the dr is in net work and my ins was willing to pay and my responsibility was only $20.00

Dr Noecker treated me for dry eye syndromefor 2 years. I believe he was providing a thorough exam only to discover after my eyes worsened that he had diagnosed me incorrected, ignored my chied complaint that should have lead to a correct diagnosis which I had to contact Sjogren's Syndrome who helped me talk to a specialist on the phone for free and referred me to the right doctor. Meanwhile, all Noecker and his office did was prescribe $500 medications and want me to come back).
