Dr. Puig is a very professional, highly skilled and knowledgeable surgeon. He was extremely thorough and careful from the day we met, throughout the testing process and surgery. His follow up has been exactly what I needed. I give my highest recommendation to him.

It's really sad to see some, if not most Negative reviews are for the Office Staff, and not Dr. Puig per se. I've been seeing Dr. Puig for the past 10-15yrs and have had absolutely no issues with either the Dr. or his Staff. If the Dr. rates 5 Stars, he shouldn't be penalized for Staff behavior or long wait times. Ask for the Office Manager and complain, you have that right as a Patient. It will usually resolve the issue right away. Btw, I met a young lady who was diagnosed with Kidney Cancer many years ago, and Dr. Puig was able to save half the Kidney. Also Dr. Puig has been called to perform very delicate surgeries in other parts of the Country, as other Urologists were not as experienced. This I know because a close friend of Dr. Puig is a close friend of mine as well. Best Wishes and Good Health to all. God Bless.

The telehealth appointment was accessed with ease and did not require technical experience or skill. The support staff was kind and patient. Dr Puig appeared without delay. The appointment was quick and efficient, and served the purpose well.

I was referred to Dr Puig by my Dr. I went to see him and told him why I was referred, he ordered some tests after spending not even 2 minutes with me. When I went back for the results I was seen by a PA not him. Very disappointed. I will change DR.

Dr Puig is great. The office requires you to agree to pay out of pocket $20. to submit a medication form to the insurance company. If you don't agree they won't allow you to see the doctor. This fee is not covered by insurance.

Excellent Doctor!!! Answer all question and really listens to the patient. Explain procedure in great detail. Would recommend to family and friends!!
