Unreliable Attendance
Office staff were pleasant and helpful, but I never actually got to see the doctor. On the day and time of my first appointment I arrived to find out he was several hours behind schedule and rescheduling patients. My rescheduled appointment was then canceled and rescheduled again about 1.5 hours before I was due to go in. That happened 3 more times over the course of 2 weeks before I just gave up. All in all, 5 canceled appointments, 4 reschedules, no actually time with the doctor.

Terrible attendance
Both Dr Jack and Robert Rutkowski frequently cancel appointments the day of their schedule then reschedule and then cancel again ,again and again. Never had a practioner that is so undependable. I've had my appointment changed and reschedule 5 times in two weeks. Can't recommend them

I love this doctor. I have been seeing him for over 10 years. Clear to understand, very compassionate, and gets to the point. If it wasn't for this doctor , I would be in some serious bad shape. He encouraged me to better myself through physical therapy and medicines. 5 star person, 5 star doctor.

My husband and I were in OH and I had gotten very sick with sinus infection which was now going to my lungs. I was afraid to start the trip back home to the Chicago area because I was having problems breathing. We went into the doctors office, we waited a very short time to see him. He is so personable, collected medical history complete & quickly. Since I have so many allergies he wanted to make sure the medicine was correct for me. He even gave me a voucher to help keep cost down. Great Doctor
