Review of Dr. Robert Vickerman
I am a senior citizen and went to see Dr. Vickerman to deal with a hernia that appeared after some strenuous exercise routines. When I went to Dr. Vickerman, he was friendly, professional and thorough in the initial checkup. He provided me the options and I chose traditional surgery. The day of the surgery, I showed up at the appointed time and was prepped by his well-trained staff. He visited briefly with me prior to the surgery. I was in and out within an hour or so and upon awakening, he advised that it was actually a double hernia. I was released and had two follow-up appointments over the next several weeks to check the incision and the healing process. I returned to normal activity at the end of four weeks. That was in early December and now, three months following the surgery, I have had no issues and everything is going well. Dr. Vickerman did an excellent job and I couldn't be more pleased. He is a caring and courteous gentleman with impeccable medical skills.

I tried scheduling a surgery through Dr. Vickerman’s receptionist and billing and I have never gotten more of a run around for the cost of a surgery. Noel the receptionist is very rude and talks over the customer. Claudia in billing gives, nor tries to find out information you are trying to acquire. I would never recommend this underperforming office to anyone.
