He was my anesthesiologist for knee arthroscopic surgery in January of 2016. I declined general anesthesia and Dr. Woo accommodated me. All went well. By the way, his training and expertise is excellent. As an aside, many years ago I taught micro-surgical techniques to a few students from Stanford University, Dr. Woo's alma-mater.
