Dr. Roberta Guibord, DO

I have been seeing her for several years. Her staff has always been pleasant and helpful. She has been very personable and thorough. I have never felt rushed nor have my concerns been brushed off. Having worked in the medical field for over 40 years, I know this is becoming more pervasive. Granted, that may mean I may have to wait a little but it is well worth the wait.

Dr. Guibord has always taken a great deal of time to find out what is wrong. She goes the extra mile.

Office visit payment scam! The front desk says It’s covered in the visit the OBGYN exams and the manipulation…. Lies I got a bill in the mail 2 weeks after. If I knew it I would had gone to my OBGYN and the insurance would had covered

I have had nothing but good experience with dr. Guibord every time I go in even for the smallest things. She's always willing to look the overtime exactly what her feelings are and help me out. Even if it's something small all I have to do is email her. If she thinks it's severe she'll let me know if I can come in or if it's something that I can take care of at home. She has never been rude to me she has never been disrespectful her staff has always treated me with a lot of respect and like I'm family. I have had the greatest experience with her when it comes to anything dealing with my life and my house. Even when it comes to my weight she has never judged me we have always tried different methods to try to get me to lose weight. If it's something that I'm allergic to she's always understanding best doctor I've had

Worst doctor I've ever seen. Didn't ask me about myself or my medical issues. Simply berated me the entire time. Blamed me for the meds I was taking. Said they weren't the right ones, as if I prescribed them for myself. Misdiagnosed my rosacea. When I called her on it, said, "yeah, I knew that". Made nasty comments about another medical issue not being diagnosed, again as if it were my fault somehow. Rude, uncaring doctor who couldn't care less about her patients. I found another doctor before my next appointment. I had a panic attack right in front of her, due to her vicious attacks and she either was oblivious or just didn't care. Either way, I would never recommend this "doctor".

Poor communication, not very friendly, not very knowledgeable - is an osteopath not an MD. Unfriendly staff, waiting room is filled with rules and warnings of how clients should behave. Mistakes have occurred on medications prescribed - spent about 5 minutes and performed no examination on my first and only visit. Wait time was twenty five minutes after the scheduled appointment which was rescheduled after the initial one I showed up for only to be turned away because computers were down.

Absolutely terrible. Horrendous bedside manner. She is very arrogant and can barely keep presecriptions correct. Staff and receptionists are not any help either.

Laurie assisted me. I waited 1hr prior to asking her about how much longer she said the DR is over 1hr behind schedule & quickly said you can reschedule for another month out. I said if I can use wifi & work from here I will stay. I went got my laptop & I asked her if this happens often. She got snarky & said do you have a problem you can just leave. I said I'm not leaving. She said no you WILL LEAVE I'm getting the doctor. She said people wait for almost 3 hours at that office. BAD SERVICE!!!!

She is a caring and professional PCP. She takes the time to look at the big picture. Her staff is efficient and caring.

Dr Guibord is a very good doctor. She wants to know everything about you.
