I have been to a great many doctors with my 31 year old special son. Yesterday's appointment with Dr. Kack was one of the worst experiences to date. He spent a total of 4 non-consecutive minutes with us, although we were there for 2 hours. He popped in and out of patients' rooms like a pinball, seemed unable to read a chart (thought my son had cerebral palsy), or a CT scan. We walked out. As a veterinarian, I would have shown more concern for a barn cat.

He is an amazing Doctor! I was Glad I got to see him for my nose and ear issues. I saw a few doctors and none of them could give me an answer. Dr. Kack was able to give a diagnosis right away! He took his time to talk to me and explain things thoroughly. I can't explain how greatful and happy I am after getting surgery. Not single ear infection for over a year now!
