I have seen both Dr Cain and his APRN. Both Very knowledgeable. His staff really cares about your health and takes time to explain everything. Only complaint I have is the wait time.

Dr Cain's ARPN was not well informed regarding my medications or proper drug classifications.She was unwilling to refill a medication that Dr. Cain had previously prescribed & I've used for several years. She did no follow up for emergency surgery that I had just 2 wks ago. I demanded to see my doctor. She jumped out of her chair, stomped out of the room, & said you can see my dad. An hour later I left having not seen the dr. She was presumptuous, haughty & completely unprofessional.
