I'm very cautious of large teaching hospitals. When my internist advised me to get a colonoscopy, I asked for a name rather than take "pot luck" and have one assigned to me. The last time he did this, I didn't ask for a name and ended up cancelling the appointment because the doctor had a low rating on Healthgrades. This time I asked my internist who he feel most comfortable with sending his children, wife, or mother to. He named Dr. Perri and I could not be more pleased! He's "A" number 1!

Went in for follow up visit, Dr. Perri was not available so nurse practioner came in to see me. She knew nothing about my case or even why I was their, she did nothing for me, she was told I had been sick for the last couple of days but didn't say anything to try or treat these systomns. She said several times I need to go I have to pick up my kids. She wasn't interested in me an could not answer several questions.
