I’ve seen this doctor on and off for a few years post my thyroid diagnosis. I’m so disappointed to write this review as she was recommended as someone with experienced with my condition from another medical professional I respect. However, I’ve found everyone in the office from the front desk staff to nurses to dr being extremely unresponsive to serious requests. Why have a portal if you neglect multiple, time sensitive reach outs? Why can’t you reach nurses directly and have to leave call back requests that go answered? Concerned about the lack of attention and care for patients! Searching for a new involved and reachable doctor.

I came into North Shore with gestational diabetes and without much understanding of it coming from Dubai in my second trimester and being my first pregnancy I was beyond stressed with my baby's health and my own. God bless Dr Block for regulating my sugar and being so positive that everything will be alright and have a light at the end of the tunnel.
