Great supporting staff and a great MD
The entire reception process before actually visiting the physician was very efficient and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and provided critical information for my eye care.

All kinds of information about sales of VERY expensive lens inserts, but no information about my eyes, their diagnostic condition, or anything useful for decision-making purposes. VERY impersonal, factory-machine type atmosphere, long waiting room time.

Meh
Meh. Appointment was first thing in the morning but didn’t even see a tech for over an hour and didn’t see the doctor for almost 2 hours. Even after many tests the Dr did not provide much actual diagnostic information about my eyes, but spent more time describing lens choices. Definitely did not feel any compassion or generosity, just a very business like tone from everyone except, ironically, the finance staff person, SemaJ Walker, who was much more human, authentic and felt almost angelic after being treated more like an object by technician and doctor. Arrived 8:30 for 9:00 appointment and finished almost 12:00, just for an eye exam, and left knowing nothing more about my eyes but a lot about lens choices and prices. Good example of why surgeons have poor reputation for personality. Do I really NEED surgery? Still not quite clear.
