Dr. Rupalini Rawal-Dhingra, MD

I’ve seen Dr. Dhingra for years. She is a very nice provider, I don’t have direct complaints about her. That said, I’ve had multiple appts canceled without notification and that’s a problem. I used to recommend her but I can’t recommend her anymore because of that. Office staff can say and type whatever they want into a chart to make it look like they did their job. I can say for certain I was never notified. I’m now overdue for a yearly that I’m supposed to have due to being a high risk patient. As a provider she is kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, her staff is a current reflection of the hospital she works for, and I’m now looking elsewhere for continued care. Cancellations can and do happen. All women know that. But the least you can do is contact the patient and offer to reschedule their appointment after you’ve canceled that patient 3 times through no fault of the patient. It’s extremely inconsiderate.

The front desk staff was efficient and polite!My MA made me feel at ease and made it a point to make eye contact, letting me know that she was there for me, 100%Dr. Rawal-Dhingra is by far one of my most favorite providers. She is personable, made me feel comfortable throughout the entire encounter and never made me feel rushed or pressured.Highly recommend!!

I unfortunately decided it was time I part ways with Dr. Dhingra after a very humiliating experience. I was humiliated for my weight while naked on her exam table and told I should be on weight loss medication. Weight can most certainly be addressed but not while you are exposed and naked on an exam table while receiving a pelvic exam. I also did not feel any of my concerns were addressed. I had many questions, none of which I had the courage to verbalize as I fought tears back after being made to feel disgusting and terrible about myself. I am very disappointed as I have had pleasant experiences with her in the past. I hope nobody else ever leaves her office feeling the way I did. If you’re reading this Dr. Dhingra, I’d like to you know that I have lost almost 30lbs Since I saw you a month ago and I did it the natural way. The way I told you I had been working on it before you told me to get on medication. Thank you for showing me how to never make a patient feel.

Unprofessional. Poor customer service. No continuity of office staff!

Absolute worst doctor I have ever encountered. She routinely makes me wait for 30-45 minutes for a scheduled appointment, has terrible bedside manner, and has been incredibly insulting. She has been nothing but difficult to reach, rude, and insensitive.

I'm very happy with Dr Dhingra because she is friendly and very thorough. She makes me very comfortable and she's easy to talk to.

Poor, Would not recommend. Difficult to schedule appointment to be seen. Poor Customer Service.

Dr. Dhingra has been AMAZING, best gyn i have ever had. I have had several issues this past year and Dr. Dhingra has been caring and hasnt given up on figuring out what is going on. I highly recommend Dr. Dhingra to anyone who is looking for a GYN!! Office staff is polite and very professional.

Disappointed!! My visit with this doctor was absolutely horrible. All she cared about was to sell me to another doctor and I could see in her face she was made when I refused to go. She didn’t take the time to ask me what was the purpose of my visit and had no ambitions to listen to me. I would not recommend her to any loved one and would never see her again. I was very offended by the way she treated me and what she said to me, no compassion. I felt like I was at a dealership buying a car.

I am so happy that I found Dr.Rawal-Dhingra! She is compassionate, caring, thorough and most of all, truly genuine. She provides the best quality care consistently and her staff are wonderful to work with!

I’m actually a new patient. I been with Dr Dhingra for a month now and she is completely amazing! She is very honest, loving and she does whatever it takes to help her patient. She is great I haven’t met a doctor like her. EVER!!! ??

I am currently pregnant with our first child, so I have seen Dr. Rawal-Dhingra quite often. She is amazing! She is professional, caring, compassionate, listens and answers your questions, makes you feel at ease, and not to mention funny! All qualities I was looking for in a doctor. I am so pleased with how I have been taken care of during this pregnancy that I hope if I'm lucky enough to have future pregnancies, Dr. Rawal- Dhingra will be my first choice!
