Poor and rude Service and no reply from the Doctor
I get my Compound Medication from'Lamar Plaza Pharmacy', which Dr. Briggs recommended years ago. They call for refills and deliver. Since the Dr. did not respond to two calls from the Pharmacy, I called and was told I needed to make an appointment. I under= stood but had to make an appointment for that week since I had surgery the next week and no idea how long I would be in the hospital. After a long conversation, he agreed to a one-month Supply. My request for a three-month supply to save $60 was denied. As soon as I hung up, I received a call that my medication was ready for pick up. When I informed the guy that my Pharmacy delivers, he told me that was not the Pharmacy Dr.Briggs assigned for me. When I told them I did not want to change Pharmacy, I was told that it was not up to me. I told them before I switch Pharmacy I switch Doctor - His reply was - good riddance - and he hung up on me.I requested a call from Dr.Briggs over two weeks ago, but I have not heard yet.

It is so refreshing to go to a doctor's office, be greeted by a friendly staff, seen by the doctor not only on time but a little early, list off the issues that I have and really feel like I'm heard, be taken care of by a doctor who is smart and efficient and then leave feeling better. I can not recommend Dr Briggs highly enough.

Dr. Russell Briggs gets 5-stars! The office however I would not rate well. At the front desk there is a sign saying "If you have NOT been called back in 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, please inform the front desk." In two of the three visits I've made to the office I waited well over 40 minutes to be roomed.
