Above and Beyond
I contacted a severe case of conjunctivitis and was scheduled to fly to Spain for 3 weeks. I was referred by my internist and Dr Cravey waited for me at his office to examine me-I was ushered right in, examined, and given a prescription. Two days later I called outside of his normal office hours and he was readily available thru his answering service. I would highly recommend him for sure

Post operative relapse
Dr. Cravey did cataract surgery for me about 3 years ago and I could see better than I ever have. Unfortunately, I had a post operative "relapse" in one eye. I made my appointment and the photos showed the cloudiness in that eye, while the other was still clear. This was a simple laser procedure, no cutting like the lens implants. The surgical nurse began explaining to me that the 50% occurrence of this condition didn't mean that if you get it in one eye, you won't get it in your other. I said that I knew statistics don't work that way, and we had a nice conversation about the abuse of statistics for commercial and political purposes. Actually, having it in one eye means that it will have a higher probability of happening to the other eye. If that happens, I'll call Dr. Cravey again.

Don't Waste Your Time
Don't waste your time with this place. They extremely overbook appointment times with 4 to 5 patients all having the same appointment time, and they could care less how long you have to wait. You will see several people come in after you with an appointment that is later than yours but they will be placed in front of you because they are the "Quick Cash". You will be sitting in an open waiting area shared with another Dr's office and it will be uncomfortably crowded. Just read the rest of the reviews about this practice and you will find out it only get worse once you get into the "smaller waiting room". Until people stand up to this type of Dr's, treating the people that make them wealthy from their oversize medical bills that create their oversize ego, it will continue. You DO NOT have to be treated like this... WALK OUT!!

What a wonderful experience it has been to have Dr. CRAVEY take care of my old eyes. He came highly recommended from a neighbor. I would recommend him to all. JUST happened to be at my appointment at the wrong time (of COURSE I THOUGHT I WAS RIGHT) they GRACIOUSLY fit me in. I returned home to be so embarrassed at my mistake. Thanks for helping OMA HUETHER. SURE DO APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.

I was interested in basic information regarding insurance coverage & setting an appointment. Had been given Dr. Cravey as reference for eye care. I retired and moved to the area & wanted to establish with local care. The person who answered was on a headset, continually cutting out, and became very gruff when I mentioned back ground office noise on her end. I had none on my end but she became adamant. Headsets are notorious for that. Will go elsewhere.
