This man makes me feel uncomfortable every time I have an appointment with him. He seems to relish in making me feel that way. The procedures are fine; he doesn't administer sedation but I'm ok with that (I don't need a driver that way). Every time I have an appointment with him instead of a Nurse Practitioner though, I leave feeling really bad and it follows me for days. I don't like the way he makes me feel.

Rude and condescending
This doctor is the rudest, most condescending professional I have ever dealt with in the medical field. He has a terrible bedside manor, refuses to listen to actual concerns and is a “my or the highway” type of person. He will use his power of treatment to force you into procedures you’re not comfortable with. Your best bet is to find someone who cares.

Was supposed to call for appt for epidural steroid injections. No one called. Don't know what happened. After several weeks of no contact, we called them. No call back.

Dr. Krafft has been a large part in changing my life for the better. He explained to me that being overweight has really been the key issue of my pain. He prescribed me medicine and has been a very positive force in me changing my lifestyle. His staff is very friendly and get me in and out quickly. He's professional and listens to everything I say. Truly a great doctor and person. His reinforcement of my diet has been crucial for me. I'm glad to have been referred to a doc that cares. Thank you!

I have seen Dr Krafft or his PA for over a year. This is an excellent team. He is very thoughtful, both he and his PA will take their time with you, converse and educate you. I have been extremely satisfied with the conservative dispensing of medication. Through experience, they will give you what you need when you need it. However, they do not take their responsibility lightly.

Rude. Talked down to me. Repeatedly reminded me that I'm 50. Told me my back would eventually get better. Asked me (the patient who came to him for help) what do we need to do? Told me no need to do an xray that nothing would change since I had one a year ago. Sarcastically told me that I had 3 issues on the scan he was looking at from a year ago but none of that was causing my problems but it would in the future. He's rated 4.8 on your site but 7/10 reviews I read were terrible.Deceiving!

I really like Dr. Kraft. Long before I had an official diagnosis he, although very cautiously, trusted that I was indeed in severe pain. He was very conservative with pain meds, which I hoped for more than I was given, but did all kinds of procedures to deal with my pain in other ways. Finally a rheumatologist figured out what ailed me. Dr. Kraft trusted me, worked with me, and has given me grace when I needed it. I am a big fan of Dr. Krafft. He is a blessing to me.
