Dr. Sally Thomas, DO

She's a wonderful caring doctor. Very responsive to my questions and concerns during regularly scheduled visits (annual physical and well woman exams). Also had to schedule a couple of appointments quickly (food poisoning and poison oak!). And the office took me in quickly. Can't thank them enough.

Dr. Thomas has been my primary care physician for over fifteen years. She has always provided intelligent and timely care.

Dr Thomas is wonderful. I have seen her for 11 years. She has taken excellent care of me. Her staff is very friendly. Can't say enough good things about Natalie, the receptionist. She is wonderful.

I scheduled an appointment with Sally Thomas, DO via an online system. While traveling to my appointment, I found a voicemail left at 4:30 pm the day before that my appointment was moved from 11am to 9am without my consent. You read that right. I called Sally's office to confirm this and was told that Sally wanted to leave early that day. Due to their unprofessional service and unapologetic behavior, I decided to not do business with them any further. Unacceptable.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Thomas for over 2 years now. We have both only seen her once, yesterday, what will be our last visit. We usually see Stephanie the PA who is really nice. Dr. Thomas seemed caring and empathetic herself. With that said, there are 2 employees at the front desk, Natalie and Elizabeth that have forced me to make the decision to find a different family practice for my oldest son and myself. They are very rude, unprofessional and should not be in a position to directly deal with patients if Dr. Thomas anticipates her practice being successful. I'm not the only patient with these thoughts/feelings as I've read SEVERAL other complaints against the front office staff.

All I can say is I would crawl on broken glass to get to Dr. Thomas. I think that sums it up!!!

I wouldn't know because I have no experience with Dr. Thomas. I saw her once in the hallway after she took over the practice from my long time physician. The office is run by a physicians assistant and there are no doctors. I saw a P.A. for the last 2+ years. The quality of care, response, and lab became such a concern that I left after my last appointment and did not return. I have found a real licensed physician to take over my health concerns and am now in his care.
