There has to be better
Office staff intolerable, sometimes Doctor Morris is "there" for you, sometimes he's not. Lost faith and after the office being bought out by Vallet Health the office visits doubled in price

Does not care about patients
My Doctor retired and I made an appointment with Dr. Ryan. It took about 2 months to get in. The day of my appointment I was contacted saying he was sick and I would need to reschedule. No big deal, it happens. This was March 29, I was not rescheduled until August 10 for something that was not my fault. I asked about refills for my medications. The lady helping me took my request and said he would call me either way. 3 weeks later still no call. Don't waste your time. Find a doctor who actually cares and will help.

My first visit he seemed to be professional, caring, on top of the things that needed to be addressed. My second visit, his nurse came in and asked if I really needed to see him. He was the one that wanted me to come in. I needed to get some meds filled. He was very rude about a certain script, I even brought the bottles in for him to see. He downgraded me to a fourth of what I received. He did not want to listen, I was blown off. I did not know what I did to make him have snarky comments. After I left I sent messages trying to explain since he did not want to take the time to listen to me and the whys. Never received any responses. I am really trying. My previous doctors had the care and concern and listened. I know I am in a new state but cutting me off like that was not okay. Not responding when I really tried to talk to him via messaging. I tried so hard to help him understand. Even offered previous records and for him to talk to my prescription insurance. I brought the med bottles
