On our second visit, Dr. Samuel berated my husband and me because I asked a question and was told not to interrupt. He walked out of the room and his NP (also his wife) proceeded to give us a lecture about interrupting the doctor.

By doing a quick search via google, its easy to conclude this "doctor" and his "practice" are not only lacking in the common decency department, but are just an embarassment to the field of medicine in general. I have attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt for about a year now (though granted, simply because my original psychiatrist retired and i needed a new one immediately) and time and time again, its been proven my time has simply been wasted.

Let me remind you that this is a behavioral health facility and the patients should be treated accordingly knowing that. We drove an HOUR to get there, waited OVER TWO HOURS, and when I asked to speak to the manager, I waited an additional 30 mins only to be told BY DR SAMUEL to leave or he would CALL THE POLICE on us. a 5 year old, get real, this place is a JOKE, unless you are just looking for PILLS -- not TREATMENT look elsewhere, you WILL be waiting HOURS though and possibly threatened!!!

I went for Anxiety&Depression. I was at my 2nd appt at 9:45 and at 11:45 I found out he wasn't even there. On top of it, I had to pay a copay of $100 and take a DT which I've never had to do... I've seen psychiatrists since I was 7. Between my two appts I was put on a suboxone plan. I only take Effextor and Xanax. I've never been an addict and that was offensive. He has too many patients. Two waiting rooms. Buzzers. One practicing Dr. I don't recommend unless you can dedicate your day to it

Very poor time management. Plan on waiting 2+ hours per visit. He's the only doctor in the office seeing too many patients per day. Bad service.

Comes across at first as caring but he took my child cold turkey (his admitted mistake) off of a medication that could have caused her great harm. He thinks VERY highly of himself. You DO NOT have a say about yourself or your child's treatment. It is his way or the highway, literally. You wait for HOURS to see him/nurse practitioner. Once had to go twice & between the drive time & wait time it took 8, yes I said 8, hours to get my child's Rx's. His office staff is inept. DO NOT GO THERE!

I would not recommend this dr to anyone. He is very rude, and only wants to medicate. The staff are not trained in billing and you can never get anyone to help, i.e. office manager, etc.

Wait time is always 2hrs+. He poly drugs with severe side effects. I developed parkonsonism symptoms. I told him I wanted to stop the meds because of the side effects. He told me if I stopped taking any of the meds, he would no longer see me as a patient.

Office waiting room time exceeds two hours consistently. Dr. Samuel has so many patients that he never seems to have any idea who I am or why I'm there. I don't feel like he spends enough time with me, asks enough questions or if available to answers questions. I'm rushed in and rushed out. He will not prescribe medicine for more than one month at the time.
