Dr. Yelverton is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but he puts his patients first. He identified a previously unknown cancerous growth during surgery that was addressing a different condition. He recognized this rare cancer and removed the growths. Dr. Yelverton treats his patients with empathy and ensures family members are informed. His upbeat and respectful demeanor gave me great confidence. I am forever grateful that he was my surgeon.

He is absolutely amazing!!
Dr. Yelverton and his staff are all attentive, professional and fun. There was not an awkward moment from the beginning. Dr. Yelverton has performed two surgeries on me and I am due to have Gastric Bypass surgery with him on May 2, 2024. I would highly recommend him and his office for any General Surgery procedure. I would invite you to speak to him in regards to your surgical interest for Bariatric Surgery as well.
