I first met Dr Harichian in 2021. I had been thinking of about a nose job since I was 15 years old and I was really scared. I really liked her during our consultation in 2021 however I wasn't ready to have surgery. 2 years later I finally took the plunge. I am 6 months after rhinoplasty and I love my nose. My experience was amazing from the beginning.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr Sanaz 5 months ago. I could not be happier with my results. I was bothered by the hump on my bridge and felt like my nose was too big for my face. She corrected both and I still look like me only better! Ecstatic with my experience.

I wasn’t going to write a review and just move on from this incident, but the results from this rhinoplasty is something I’m reminded of every single day. The crooked nostrils, uneven sides, and terrible breathing issues which result in other health issues is something I’ve been dealing with for almost 2 years now. I didn’t have the best experience with this surgeon and don’t usually write reviews but I don’t think it’s fair that I have to walk away with the nose I have right now and not voice what I’ve been through. Dr H had me sign an NDA for a revision which I’m glad I didn’t go through with because I’ve heard too many terrible stories about even revisions with her let alone the first surgery. I can go on and on about my experience here but this review would be way too long. The amount of patients that have had their rhinoplasty by her that can relate to me is concerning. I had the most amazing experience with Dr Sanaz. I flew from california for my rhinoplasty surgery with her. I had seen her work online and connected with a virtual consultation. I sent her photographs and she sent me renderings of what my nose could look like. Everything was so easy and seamless. We discussed the surgery before my trip to Houston. The day of surgery, I met Dr Sanaz in person and she was so positive and caring and kind. I am now 9 months after surgery and I love love love my new nose. If I had any problems or concerns, Dr Sanaz and her team were available to discuss them. I have even connected with her on facetime to discuss my results after surgery and she was always available. Best experience ever. I refer everyone to her!
