Insulting
It has been a few years ago but I am still ranked by her attitude and snottieness. When she first came in she gave me an information hand-out to read. I had lots of time before she returned and I read it carefully. I am educated and not particularly dumb. The hand-out did not answer a speciific question I had so I tried to ask her about it. She would not even let me get my question out but interrupted me to just say "read the hand-out." That was rude and I believe my health has suffered because, to this day, I don't know what to do about that aspect of my care.

I was referred to Dr. Fowler to assess my unilateral hearing and tinnitus diagnoses. My employer needed medical documentation and a completed “Reasonable Accommodation” form on file prior to purchase of an amplified headset. Surprisingly, Dr. Fowler was extremely rude and refused to complete the necessary accommodation form stating, “I do not fill out paperwork. I do not have time for this. This is not my job. Your primary should complete this, not me”. She then proceeded to tell me that some of her office staff has hearing problems and talk on the phones just fine. She did not review any of my prior doctor reports or ask me any medical questions. Upon my urging and extreme dissatisfaction with her attitude, she agreed to complete the form, but it was truly the worst doctor visit that I have ever experienced.

Dr Fowler hardly checked my ear when I complained of ear pain. She didn't probe about my health history and prescribed topical antibiotics which I didn't need and use. I was hoping she would explain what's happening to my ear and why I needed antibiotics. Turns out my condition was self-limiting and not requiring antibiotic. A classic case of a doctor indiscriminately prescribing antibiotics. Would NOT recommend Dr S Fowler.

I would not recommend her. She was very not helpful with trying to help us figure out why may husband gets up every morning with dizzies headaches and has trouble walking because of the dizziness. He had a bad wreck with a lot of head trauma and thought that he may have inner ear damage because of it. She looked in his ears said they look fine. Told him he need to go to PT to learn to walk and they she didn't do headaches. What are you kidding me!!!!!. I wouldn't take my dog to her
