Don’t waste your time!
Every time I had an appointment I had to wait well over an hour. And I don’t appreciate a doctor raising her voice and lecturing me about meds other doctors have prescribed. Never did have an EKG necessary for an upcoming surgery.

Dr. Lilly is pretty great overall. Could be a bit more organized, but definitely a good PCP. Her office however is the absolute worst. To the degree where I'm considering changing doctors.

Truly caring and a true professional
My father and grandfather were both physicians of the old school. They saw medicine as a calling. Dr. Lilly provides me with a level of care I haven't experienced since I was in my father's office.

Dr. Sarah Lilly is caring, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to take care of my health. She personally follows up with me after every test. She once took care of the wound on my hand after her nurse refused to do it. As a result I didn’t have to go to the emergency room. She makes an appointment for me at a short notice when necessary. I am glad I found he, she is an excellent doctor

I agree with the previous comment about Dr. Lilly being fine for referrals to specialists, though she misdiagnosed my condition, and did not contact the specialist prior to ordering a painful and unnecessary procedure! Proceed with caution. For a flu shot etc. fine. Do not trust her knowledge about any serious conditions. In addition, comments about tests that could have easily been provided via a phone call, she makes you come into the office to visit her! Need to pay my own rent, not hers!

Thank God I finally found Dr. Lilly! She was referred to me by my physician friend, who tells me that all the UES physicians she knows go to her. She is very attentive, SMART, and patient, and made me feel comfortable.
