Horrible experience. Her office lost my lab test results and lost my confidence in her practice. After losing the results, they had no good excuse for why it had happened. The results were time sensitive & critical for the next step in my care and they offered not even an apology. I called several times asking Dr Rice to return my call and she didn't. I spoke to the office manager and she said she would have Dr Rice call me, she didn't . Very unprofessional response, would never trust her.
