Every negative review here about this doctor confirms my experience with her. She was in a rush to leave and explained nothing about my first ultrasound appointment I had on that day. Im in process of transferring to other provider.

If -1 could be a rating
There is absolutely no reason for a medical professional to be so condescending, rude and dismissive of patients concerns, especially in this particular population. They are supposed to assist in appropriate avocation for the Mothers and their families, instead of pushing an agenda fueled by convenience.

The worst doctor I’ve ever had
I am pregnant and see many different doctors at the Seven Hill practice. Is the is absolute worst. Each time she walk in very cold and uninterested, she does what she needs to as quickly as possible and then leaves. Asks how I am doing just because it seems like she has to, because when you mention anything to her she immediately shuts me down or stops and me says I’m fine or it’s normal. Doesn’t not care whatsoever about her patients, I confused as to why she’s even in her practice. Awful, I will try my best to avoid her appointments and pray to the good lord she is not on call the day I go into labor

The most disgusting doctor I’ve ever encountered
I went in for my yearly and requested an ultrasound instead of a mammogram. I own 6 healthcare agencies and I’m well aware of the fact that mammograms are basically billing codes. There is no medical necessity to manipulate breast tissue in that manner. Also if a mammogram is abnormal a patient would be ordered to get an ultrasound anyway so I wanted to skip that step all together and go straight to the ultrasound. Dr. Sabin became very combative and repeatedly tried to convince me to get a mammogram. I denied it a total of 7 times. AFTER she did my breast exam she said ultrasounds are only for patients who have abnormalities or lumps in their breasts. I then proceeded to ask her did she not feel a lump? She said no then I myself had to point out a lump to her. It is disgraceful that a medical doctor missed a lump on a patients breast then blamed it on implants.

Awful doctor, cold, and non-caring
Was very cold and arrogant from the first moment. I'm having serious female bleeding and I got a vaginal ultrasound. It showed I have a fibroid as big as a grapefruit. She made me wait 45 minutes or more after the ultrasound and was super cold and rushed. Offered me a quick few second's option of a couple medicines she wouldn't recommend and said to wait 2 to 3 years for menopause. ??? Laughed at me when I asked about an ablasion or surgery and she said 'I wouldn't operate on you!#!#!'. 'Teehee teehee.' I asked why and she scoffed at my BMI and said 'don't you know your BMI is ##?!!!' And laughed again. I weigh in the higher 200's. I'm not thin, but I'm not as big as a house. Super offended and given zero help or options. Went to car and cried. Been incurring HEAVY female bleeding for 2 more years now, giving me the worst quality of life. I'm now changing doctors. What a piece of work. Very rushed, VERY RUDE, and zero quality as a caring doctor with no options but wait.

Fast and uninterested
The nicest thing I can say is she was fast. I'm perimenopausal and my IUD was ending. She just offered to take it out since I was there. Didn't mention any downsides. Came back after blood test for menopause. Sorry you aren't in menopause. Can you help me with insomnia hot flashes and I guess I need another IUD. Well I don't normally do IUDs in 50 year old. So what the pill? No just condoms. And what about insomnia? Well I'm not giving you sleeping pills. I didn't ask for them. What else can we do? Crickets. Didn't even ask how bad the insomnia was or do a depression screening or discuss how an IUD might help menopause symptoms. I will NOT be back. I can't believe another woman would be so rude and dismissive over known symptoms that are making my life miserable. And now i have cramps and a period again while I wait for my iud appointment.

Very Disappointing
My insurance changed so I had to find a new gynecologist. I’m almost 50 and experiencing changes and wanted to discuss & possibly get an exam, but with it being a first time appt I felt the need to just ask for a consultation first instead and was willing to pay for her time. She came into the room seemingly frustrated, handed me a business card (which I didn’t need), leaned against the sink area and began picking at her nails. I told her I felt like I was premenopausal and having symptoms. I also told her I get anxiety over coming to the gynecologist. She told me nobody likes it and if I’m that way, I’ll always be like that and I need to just do it. In total, I was in the room for about 2 minutes. She said since I wasn’t getting an exam to schedule one the following month. I scheduled it but I called and canceled. I don’t feel comfortable. I felt rushed and felt no compassion or warmth. The office staff/nurse were very nice and I appreciated that.

So frustrated
Very rude, and seemed annoyed that I was even there. Did not answer my questions. When I had a miscarriage she did not provide me with all my options and seemed annoyed that I had done research prior and asked about a method she "didn't recommend", no explanation was given to why she didn't recommend it. She seemed like she was trying to rush me in and out of the office as quick as possible. When I came in for a follow up after my miscarriage they did an in office pregnancy test, when she saw it was negative she yelled "oh thank god" like she was glad that she didn't have to deal with me anymore. To top it off there were many lab tests done that I did not consent to and was not made aware of totaling over $500 that I am now responsible for. I even checked before my appointment regarding lab work that would be done so I wouldn't have unexpected bills.

I cried from frustration after apt.
I rarely ever leave reviews… but I want to warn people from receiving care with Dr. Sarah Sabin MD. She was very cold, rude, short, and overall annoyed. She rushed to get me out of her office. I left with no answers to my concerns/pain (experiencing for 7 months) as she just brushed them off and dismissed them. I am not a crier, but I cried from frustration after my appointment. The physician’s assistant was very nice though.

12 hours after a pretty traumatic birth. Dr. Sabin came to check on me. She said “you’re done having kids, right?” (Which I had literally never said or alluded to to her or any other doctor because it’s not true) and when I told her no, she basically told me that was a mistake because I make too big of babies. I’m leaving 7 hills because of how horribly Dr. Sabin treated me. Do yourself a favor and go to a practice she isn’t involved in.

I left after meeting her and realizing that she only has an office in West Chester to attract more clients, but the clients then have to drive to Mercy West Hospital to get any basic procedures done such as ultrasound and blood work. She said she doesn't have an ultrasound machine in the office and her phlebotomist only comes in once a week. I then received a bill for her services and am awaiting explanation of what exactly she billed my insurance for. Just an awful and uninviting experience.

I creid after leaving her office. I am pregnant and have complications. Rather than encourage me she talked down to me and seemed cold . She told me she would not see me again. She did not have accurate information about me so she did not even know my situation. She did not care. She was cold and rude. Would never recommend.

Did not seem to care about my struggles with my cycle or fertility and just kept telling me to relax. The idea of seeing her and having her be so flippant every year about my problems brought me to tears in her office on multiple occasions. In addition she neglected to tell me about my husband's 97% abnormal sperm morphology, or that my progesterone levels were low for post-ovulation--which would have been motivation for me to see a specialist sooner. Save yourself the emotional trauma.

I regret going to see her.?? She is the rudest, unprofessional Doctor I have ever met in my life. No eye contact, very impatient, looked extremely disgusted by my presence, she came in the office and rushed me through the questions. She did not even take time to listen to my concerns. I am very disappointed.

Awful doctor. I went to her for my yearly and she was sitting in her office with the door open talking to a family member, extremely unprofessional. During my visit she rushed me through my questions and concerns. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome and looking to conceive soon, and I wanted to know how to go about it. She was very short and nasty, and ended the conversation with simply "lose weight". She also says "See ya next year!" Yeah right. On the hunt for a new gyno ASAP.

This doctor has the rudest, nastiest office staff. I am pre-menopausal and bleed heavily for 14+ days every couple of weeks and they don't even care to find a resolution for it - just deal with it. Extremely disappointing to put your life in the hands of someone like this.
