It’s complicated
Doesn’t listen to my concerns and from facial expressions and tone of voice used, seems to think my personal opinions on what is going on seems silly. I’m living with my condition. I would think it should be considered. Especially when 2 other doctors declined to the needed surgery. When complications came up, I was made to feel it was my fault since she (apparently) had never had that happen to her before.

Appointment was rushed. Didn't listen or answer questions. Didn't explain conditions well, nor answer my questions. She doesn't actively listen. Wants to go for additional expensive tests rather than talk with patient. She got agitated when I wanted to ask questions to understand and couldn't confirm whether my MRI results were the root cause of my tinnitus. Shrugged off my thoughts. Wants to go immediately to surgery if CT scan confirmed MRI. Surgery isn't required as an option, there's less evasive measures. Didn't trust the provider's decisions. She talks at you versus with you. I would never use this practice or her again, nor recommend.

She is very rough using the ENT instruments. Leaves the exam room often-without explanation. Never gave me diagnosis. Had to get that from nurse. Too eager to do surgery. 2nd opinion said unnecessary.

--BEWARE BREASTFEEDING MOTHERS-- I was told by two separate people in this practice that VonBiberstein resects upper lip ties. I shared my premature infants case with two separate people who both told me to schedule an appointment for an upper lip tie correction. Upon arriving VonBiberstein told me they absolutely do not do anything for upper lip ties in this facility and told me to pump or switch to bottles entirely and walked out. No respect for a breastfeeding relationship.
