Excellent Service
I am extremely satisfied with the service that my father received by Dr. Baker. He traveled to Bay City for another medical procedure and complained that he experienced deafness in one ear overnight. I contacted Dr. Baker's office that afternoon and they saw him within 24 hours. He was diagnosed with sudden sensorineural (“inner ear”) hearing loss (SSHL). Dr. Baker started immediate treatment with steroids as well as ordered a MRI to rule out a tumor. We are happy to say that he has regained some of his hearing and is continuing treatment. His office's attention to his medical condition was phenomenal and we are forever grateful. His prognosis was grim that he would ever recover any hearing but he did. Thank you to the entire staff!

Needs to listen to patients
Doctor did not listen when I expressed that my particular problem had gotten much worse recently to the point of interfering with daily activities and didn't even address the issue. Passed it off as being "normal" and sent me away.

Terrible office staff. And uncaring nurses. If you don’t care about your patients, leave the medical field.

I am sure he is knowledgeable and qualified, but his assitant ordered a CT scan and when it was done, the doc did not want to look at it but suggested surgery. Why would I let someone cut me if he did not bother to check the scan to know what's inside? "Look what I found once I opened up this patient"?

Worst doctor I have ever had.extremely bad bedside manner and basically told me he couldn't help me and I went in there because I had allergies.isn't that why people see him? Then he tried putting me on zantac for allergies witch only made me sicker.
