Bad Staff
I have seen him several times. He is a good doctor but his office staff is horrible. It's not unusual to not be called back until more than 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment and then wait in a room by yourself another 20 minutes. Why does a doctor think his time is more valuable than mine? I walked out of the waiting room after 30 minutes at my last appointment. I'm getting my medical records from them and will never go back. Save yourself the frustration and go to another doctor.

I starting seeing him in late October with back, hip, and thigh pain. He allowed me to vent and whine, did an MRI and bilateral injections and sent me to physical therapy. Things started to decline and he let me vent and moan before explaining our next step. I was trying not to have to leave my employment but was unable to spend the time required at my desk. I had to remember he was not my therapist but he listened quite well and gave me the next thing I needed to support my situation. I am currently at my desk. I love him and recommend him highly.

He listens and is dedicated to his patients.
Dr. Bradley listened intently and asked questions about my symptoms. He was very empathetic and set about putting a plan in motion to help me. He is kind and concerned, also very thorough. He answers all my questions patiently. I am well on my way to having my pain almost completely controlled.

Dr. Bradly is such a wonderful caring physician. He takes time to explain and offers suggestions that will help my back pain. I have seen a few Pain specialists but they were never as through and never offered suggestions for everyday living. Just had spinal shots a few days ago and so far I have a very manageable pain level. Thank you Dr. Bradley I highly recommend you.

I found Dr. Bradley to be incredibly condescending and disinterested in alternative solutions. His staff is pleasant, however the office manager was awful to deal with.

I was very impressed by Dr. Bradley and his office. I was able to get in as a new patient within 2 weeks. I moved from NoVA and needed to establish a new pain specialist because I have degenerative disc disease and have had 3 back operations. Dr. Bradley too time to listen to my history and talk about my medications and even other ways I can control pain at the age of 72. I would rate him as an excellent physician who really listens and works on solutions with you. Five stars Dr. Bradley, I would certainly recommend you!

Never! Scott Bradley is a cruel and heartless man. He denied my father his required cardiac care and medications during a rehab stay following hip surgery. He refused to listed to my parents - we confronted him after my father died. He is horrible -

Dr. Bradley is an exemplary practitioner, a model for any new or seasoned M.D. He has excellent interpersonal skills, explains procedures thoroughly and without "talking down". His work has never disappointed me and I would recommend him (and the other M.D.s in his practice) without reservation.

I have multiple medical issues and have seen many doctors in my lifetime. Dr Bradley ranks among the very best. He cannot fix my issues but he works very hard to make my pain manageable. His office generally runs on time but of course he has emergency issues come up that he cannot control. I tried for two years to find an appropriate doctor and I am so thankful that Dr Bradley came into my life.

Never- he was cruel and heartless in dealing with my father when he was under his care at his former job. He was negligent in not bringing in required cardiologist for his team during his rehab until my mother insisted and fought.

Went to Dr. Bradley for pain and he took me through a variety of different treatments over several months, none of which dealt with my pain. After I stopped going to Dr. B., the practice sent me a dunning letter saying I had an outstanding balance that must be paid immediately to avoid collections action and damage to my credit rating. They couldnt adequately explain their billing practices and implied bad behavior on my part. If they can't manage billing, I wonder what else they cannot effectively deal with.

Very disappointed. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment with him. Severe back / leg pain. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment in the waiting room and then another hour in the patient room. I just left. Disappointed.
