Excellent surgeon and great staff
I was 100 percent happy with the outcome of my laser-assisted cataract surgery. All of the optometrists, technicians and assistants I encountered from my evaluation through the post-op follow-up were excellent. His facility is well-organized and I received timely information and support all through it. Dr. Laborwit is a very pleasant person and clearly highly skilled. After I had the second eye corrected, I was a changed person. The world has really come into focus! The only negative is that I did not get to see him after my surgery to thank him, though everyone else I dealt with in the follow-up stage was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. Laborwit and his staff were so wonderful. Everything was explained to me in great length I didn't feel rushed by any of the staff. Extra caution was taken because of Covid. The surgery was quick and painless. I was recommended to the office by my brother and would recommend them to everyone, I am completely happy with the follow up care I have also received.

This is quite and organization. On my first I met with 2 ophthalmologists and 3 tech, and the insurance person. All great including the receptionist. I also like the antibiotic placed in the eye at the time of surgery. Surgery was a breeze, and post surgery required no pain relievers at all. Some itchy and scratchiness was annoying, but very bearable. The surgical center staff was spectacular. Minor issue, post care instructions need tightening as initial info charged om discharge.

I have had cataract surgery done on both of my eyes by Dr. LaBorwit. The right eye was done three years ago and recently, my left one. I cannot say enough, in appreciation, for the profound change these surgeries have given me. I am thankful everyday, when I open my eyes, in the morning, and can see. Dr. LaBorwit's professional expertise, is amazing. He not only is proficient in his craft, he also explains things well and is very gentle in his manner.

I recently had Dr. Laborwit perform my cataract surgery. We did it in the summer for both eyes as well as seeing doctors on his staff for follow up visits. First off, the results are spectacular and I can’t tell you how much the entire experience of the procedure impresses me. I can now drive well again with no glares, etc. Follow up has been timely and quick. My last follow up is tomorrow. It is just a dr visit, but the cupcake store in rear of the shopping center is great to visit!

First time ever with Select. Front Desk staff was pleasant but a bit unengaged/aloof when I tried to make small conversation while waiting to be checked in. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Laborwit was engaging and knowledgeable; very pleasing personality.

I have had problems with my vision for many years and I found out from select Eye Care that I had cataracts in both eyes and I sometimes had to wear two pairs of glasses just to read. I saw Dr. Labor wit and he operated on both eyes. I now feel like a veil has been lifted from my eyes and I can finally see a clear view of everything. I am so very grateful to him and the entire staff for making such a great difference in my life and I would highly recommend him and select Eye Care

The doctors here are good, they care about your medical issues, but they dont care about you. Every time I have had to go after a cornea accident, the wait has been at least 30 minutes, the first day it was over an hour, 1 hour is a normal wait there. Such a waste of time. I also have to bring my babies with me, and a person to stay with them, and nobody cares. My doctor went for lunch after I sat down at the big chair in her office. Total wait of 1hr 5mins because she went for lunch 30mins.
