Dr. Leggoe is the worst doctor - STAY AWAY
I went to his office due constant pain in the back of my neck area. He did not even look or touch my neck and just said it was stress. I told him that I wanted tests done to confirm the analysis and he just gave me a side eye and told me he knew what he was doing. I went to another doctor and this doctor did an MRI and found that I had a slight tear of muscle in the back of my neck and that's why I had so much pain. He gave me a brace, medicine, and therapy. I feel so much better now.

I was referred to Dr Leggoe by my PCP for help with muscular/skeletal issues that might be causing chronic migraines. He decided the underlying cause was anxiety. When I asked if there was any other possible cause, he said no. He wouldn't order an MRI saying he "wouldn't know how to read it" and refused to prescribe anxiety medication. I went to a pain management specialist and my "anxiety" turned out to be arthritis, stenosis and spondolyosis. Too bad for me, he was so stuck in his own idea of what the problem was he couldn't see what was actually happening.

This doctor walked in without greeting himself, gave me little eye contact and had poor bedside manner. After discussing my concerns, he left the office and had the nurses assistant return to tell me I was done. Shocked because he did not come in to discuss any medication changes or their side effects, I left. After leaving I looked at the medication changes and the side affects which were worse than the previous one I was on. When I contacted the office to express my concerns and requested a different medication, he refused to change stating that I informed him I did not want that medication. Funny thing, we never discuss medications at length because our visit was 3 minutes long and he never returned back to the room to discuss with me. When I contacted the office to request that my primary PCP review, Dr. Leggoe wrote a note in my chart that was totaling inaccurate and dishonest. Needless to say, I am moving my entire family from this clinic because of him.
