I was diagnosed with hybrid Hodgkins and non-Hodgkins lymphoma, stage 4, at 29 years old. Dr. McGee was courteous, compassionate, competent, and made sure to provide explanations of what was going to happen at every stage of treatment and what I might expect. Treatment was professional and went smoothly. I was encouraged to call about any concern and was answered immediately or within the day when I did. Nurses always remembered me from one visit to the next, and still remember me even now, years after I've been in remission and just go in for regular screenings. I felt safe and cared for here, and I still do.

My father had prostate cancer and was seeing Dr. Mcgee for treatment. On the first meeting with my parents he looked at them and said with an attitude well I cant cure you. From that point on he was nothing but rude to my dad. My dad had one set of scans done the entire time he saw Dr. Mcgee. He never did follow up scans and rarely returned calls. . We found out 4 days before he died that the cancer spread to his liver and bones. Do not go to Dr Mcgee for treatment unless you want to die.

My wife was his oncology patient, receiving chemo through a PICC line in her arm. One morning she suddenly ran a 104 degree temperature. Made appointment to see him that morning. We made it on time. He refused to see her. Not even a nurse saw her. McGee said my wife probably had the flu. Go home, take Tylenol. (She actually had a PICC line infection). 4 days later, she got so bad she was emergency admitted to hospital. By then, they couldn't control the infection. She went to full sepsis. Died.
