Dr. Scott Tushla, MD

I have known Dr. Tushla for 4 or 5 years now and I can say without fear of contradiction that he is the most caring, thorough and professional doctor I have experienced in my 62 years on this earth. He has literally saved my life 3 difference times and that is not hyperbole. Without getting into my different heath conditions, his direction as to how to treat these serious aliments was life saving and relatively easy to follow. I did as he suggested and I have been able to find a renewed energy and vitality for living. Having grandchildren now, I feel as though Dr. Tushla gave me the ability to have many years of joy because of his personal care and guidance. I hope to and look forward to having Dr. Tushla as my Dr. for as long as we are alive or until he retires, which ever comes first.

Our whole family would recommend Dr. Tushla. Over years we have found him to be knowledgeable, experienced, caring and kind.

I love this guy! Dr Tushla has a vey good bedside manner.He is very bright and is a good listener.His office is simple yet effective for patient care.Dr Tushla is also very skilled in caring for seniors I think he on occasion even will make a house call for those who are old and infirm... He is patient ,kind and has a good sense of humor.....many times he even answers his own phone!!

My name is Courtney and I have something to say about one of the last good doctors in the medical community. He is absolutely the most considerate, intelligent and humble doctor that I have ever had. If he doesn't give you what "think" you need, then he has weighed the risks and decided using his knowledge. I tell everyone I know what an amazing doctor he is and how refreshing it is to see a doctor who isn't acting superior to everyone else. He drops his plans to help me and calls me personally for questions I have regardless of how mundane or unusual they may be. I hated Peak Vista and am so blessed to find a doctor who actually cares for the patient. We need more like him! We love you Dr. Tushla!!!!

Disorganized

This DR. TUSHLA carelessly had me go through WITHDRAWAL 3 times due to that fact that he wouldn't renew or refill a prescription for benzodiazepines. Not only was he on "vacation" but failed to put me under another doctors care while he was out. Front desk staff sat and did nothing but roll their eyes while I suffered a panic attack in the lobby. When this jerk finally returned from a headache meds pharmaceutical paid trip he wanted to prescribe me these new headache meds which I didn't need.

Doctor Scott Tushla is the most comforting and caring physician that I have ever had. He takes his time with you and listens to everything you have to say and ask. He is very thorough and makes me feel like he really cares about me. I feel like I am getting the best care possible. I am so happy that I found this wonderful Doctor.

Excellent beside manner and care for patients. His educational style really comes across well to patients.

One of the most intelligent physicians I have had the pleasure of having. His bed side manner is extraordinary, he has a comforting way about him, and he always demonstrated the utmost care for all his patients, almost as if you were his only patient and he your personal physician. Since he has left CA, I have yet to find a physician that can even compare to Dr. Tushla.
