I had a euro lift procedure done by Dr Stroup. The results were horrible. I was not explained what could happen after the procedure was done. I’ve tried three times through MyChart to schedule an appointment to discuss this with the doctor without any callback. I’ve called twice to get a hold of the scheduler to get in to see the doctor Without no answer . very disappointed in the office.

Refusing to communicate
I had surgery recently with Dr. Stroup. I had a lot of post-op pain and felt my concerns were not acknowledged or addressed. I called him 4 times over the next week, desperate for help with the pain, with no response. His nurses said they didn’t know why he wasn’t responding to me. I kept being promised he would “tomorrow.” It seems not just unprofessional, but unethical to “ghost” a patient you just performed surgery on.
