I’ve been going to Dr. Rai for 5ish years. The best way to describe her is professional, compassionate, yet to the point. Every time I visit her I feel heard. I feel she understands that her patients know their body better than anyone else (for the most part), even more than a doctor. I’ve never had a practitioner who hasn’t had me wait until Dr. Rai. She is consistently on time which I appreciate so much.

I have seen Dr. Rai for about 6 years. I go mainly for wellness visits every couple of years. Dr. Rai has always been very compassionate. She explains things thoroughly. I feel very comfortable asking her any questions and feel her responses are knowledgeable and easy for me to understand. I have never felt rushed. Her support staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Rai!

I was told my appointment was 4:05 but apparently it was 4:20. I arrived early as a new patient to fill out paperwork at 330, self checked myself into a room as soon as they gave me a room # and waited there until 4:45. I left to the front desk to see When the doctor would be coming out so they called her. She finally comes into my room and I explained I am looking for a primary care doc but asked if having patients wait for 45mins was normal routine and if in the future can she communicate to p

Dr. Rai administered six vaccines to my 12-month-old at one visit. When I expressed concern, she told me that it would be better to get them all out of the way. Why cause her extra trauma by bringing her back for more shots? My kid had a bad reaction not long after those immunizations were administered and broke out in large welts all over her body, which lasted about a week total. Every doctor I have talked with since has said that six shots at one time is unnecessary. We switched providers.
