Dr. Rao was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. She helped me prioritize my physical symptoms and holistically explained my condition in such a way that I feel empowered to understand what is happening to my body. She gave me recommendations for tests to gain further information before suggesting treatments and remedies.

We were never given options for choosing a doctor and was assigned one. Dr Rao would of been our #1 choice After being heavly medicated and getting pneumonia and none of it being addressed we Brought DrRao on and within in 12 hrs chest ex rays and antibiotics were ordered and meds were changed She has been amazingly responsive in communication we can’t thank her enough for her help and guidance

Very caring and compassionate care for my father
Dr. Rao became my father's geriatrician when he entered memory care. She was incredibly patient and caring with my father. All communication was thorough, clear and understandable - both for myself and my father. My father can be fairly difficult at times and Dr. Rao had the utmost patience. She truly went the extra mile for my father and our whole family is very grateful. Highly recommended.

Very happy that Dr Rao is my Mom’s doctor
Dr. Rao is my Mom’s doctor and I’m very glad to have found her. My Mom is a frail 84 year old with dementia and a seizure disorder. It’s been extremely challenging finding the right balance of medications to keep her both physically and mentally healthy. I really appreciate Dr Rao’s homeopathic approach. Traditional medications can have a cascade effect since the same medication that treats seizures has a terrible side effect that causes depression (it’s also used to treat bipolar disorder). My Mom is reacting very well to her new homeopathic treatment. It’s great to see her happy

I would highly recommend Dr. Rao to anyone looking for a primary care physician that actually listens to your concerns, cares about your needs, and returns emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She has been a tremendous help to us and I have been extremely happy having her care for my mother-in-law. In my opinion she is the best!!!

Appreciate Dr. Rao's diverse approaches
It's rare to find a Primary Care doctor who values other treatment modes: massage, acupuncture, and homeopathy as well as Western medicine. Dr. Rao is trained in these modes--she doesn't only approve of them. Given a patient's willingness to divulge emotional challenges, Dr. Rao will draw from her heart and experience to help patients deal with those. Wholistic medicine doesn't get better than Dr. Rao's approach.

I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Seema Rao
I have found Dr. Rao to be a great listener who gently asks probing questions. She is kind and approachable. She is very knowledgeable, having four sub-specialities! I can honestly recommend her medical care with enthusiasm. I am very sad that Dr. Rao is leaving here and wish her all the best in her future endeavors! Her new patients will be lucky to get her!!!

Dr. Rao listened carefully to my questions and immediately wrote orders for modifications in my medications. Unfortunately, I didn't always get them at the times she specified, which was not her fault. Her bedside manner is calming.

Outstanding care, highly recommend
I contacted Dr. Rao on behalf of an elderly advocacy client who we suspected was having side effects from two medications that should not be combined. Dr. Rao answered her own phone, set-up an immediate appt and had the situation resolved within 24 hours. Within three days my client was feeling significantly better. She then followed up with a very thorough history and physical and ongoing appts by video and in person. I highly recommend Dr. Rao for geriatric care. I will be referring more of my clients to her.
