Clear, straightforward treatment

Dr. Crespo has the most wonderful bedside manner. He listens and very much wants to know about you. I have been a patient of his since a scary stay in the hospital almost 4 years ago. He has treated me with kindness and patience. My last Dr. visit he said was boring and that is a good thing because I am back to my old self and better. I would highly recommend Dr. Crespo for his deep knowdledge and with his ability to treat a patient on a personal level. Thank you Dr. Crespo. See you next year for hopefully another 'boring' appointment:)

Everyone explained the entire colonoscopy procedure in a clear and concise manner that made everything easy to follow and understand, and I was asked multiple times if I had any concerns or questions. I truly appreciate that I felt valued as a person, and as a patient throughout the entire visit!! Everyone, from Katy at the front desk, to pre-procedure with Michaela, to the Anesthesiologist Courtney, to the tech assistant, to the actual procedure with Dr. Crespo, and finally to the post-procedure with Megan, and Dr. Crespo, they were all EXCELLENT, professional, and very caring throughout the entire visit. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Crespo, and your clinic, to anyone requiring a colonoscopy or gastrointestinal procedure. A GREAT JOB BY ALL!!!

Dr Crespo and his team helped me feel very comfortable. Each one demonstrated a professional and competent sense about themselves. This is a busy practice, yet I never had a feeling of being hurried or rushed. The prep process has changed, for the better, since my last two procedures.

I would definitely recommend Dr Crespo. When I had difficulty with the telecommunication method used--I called his office and he called me. He has always been responsive to my questions, takes appropriate time to respond to them. He also is very personable and understands my problems.

I love Dr Crespo! He is caring, patient, asks the right questions and listens to my answers then asks probing follow up questions to get to the heart of the issues I'm experiencing. I appreciate that he takes the time to review my issues and I don't feel rushed or timed. A delightful bonus is he has a wonderful sense of humor!

I traveled from Montana to see Dr Crespo and it was worth the trip. He was informative, patient, unhurried, realistic and gave me hope for my condition. He was helpful in dealing with my doctor back home and suggested several ways to make a long distance relationship work with him. I wish I could take him home with me!
