Respectful and Made the Entire Process Easier
I had issues with trouble swallowing and reflux so I met with Dr. Jain who helped me understand some of the possible underlying causes. She took the time to answer all my questions and was very patient listening to all of my concerns. I felt very comforted and appreciated that the plan we made for an endoscopy was one we made together. Overall, Dr. Jain made the process much easier.

Disappointed
I went in for GI issues, she basically told me it was all my fault and there was nothing she could do. Went home crying. With worsening symptoms I went to the ER and they found massive gallstones causing my weight loss, vomiting, pretty much everything I explained to her. She will not respond to me now.
