Good doctor but their office people are useless. They charge you and the insurance when the appointment was rescheduled or cancelled. They don’t timely respond to scheduling always unprofessional. The doctor doesn’t seem to take action about this so I would suggest not to goto him.

Very caring and compassionate doctor. When I really needed help and went to PES, I am so grateful to have seen Dr. McKay. He took all the time to see me and explain what treatment I could get. Would recommend him. Professional and knowledgeable.

i took my girlfriend to PES on 2nd street for general anxiety and severe panic attacks and saw Dr. McKay. She told him that the anti-anxiety meds that she is taking don't help her anxiety because she had to take so many. He simply told her to take up to nearly 3 times her dose that her previous doctor had prescribed. He didn't even try to prescribe her a dose that could work or potentially prescribe another medication. I would not recommend this doctor at all. He does not care about his clients.
