It was very difficult to get an appointment and the receptionist was very unfriendly. After I finally got in to see them I had to see the PA who was very nice but did little to help my plugged ears. He talked to Dr Radgens and decided I needed tubes in both ears. It took three visits, 2 in the office and 1 in out patient surgery at the hospital. When I asked what causes plugged ears all I was told is that the tubes were full of fluid that would not drain. When my hearing did not get better I found another ENT who discovered I had a bad sinus infection. Once he treated that I got substantially better and my hearing returned. Now some 18 months later my ear tubes still had not come out. My new ENT then discovered that Dr Radgens had put child tubes in my ears when he should have used an adult style of tube. So in conclusion if you need an ENT please go somewhere else if you want good care.

I wouldn't recommend this "doctor" if he was the last one on earth. What I received was unnecessary testing and a complete misdiagnosis. And when confronted he became defensive and asked me to leave his office. His ego is much bigger than his expertise deserves.
