Great Expertise and Knowledge of skin cancer.
Dr C did a scan of a previous procedure which revealed the root of the cancer was still there. Also biopoised a skin fold that the previous Derm PA had told me was nothing to worry about. The result of the biopsy showed that a small spot of cancer is growing. Also said to use UCLA's dermatology department for a MOHS procedure as the fold is under my eye. His expertise is very evident by doing the procedure quickly and efficiently for the removal of the root. Requested follow up photos of my healing process. I live in California hence the referral to UCLA.

VERY PLEASED
Went in for my annual screening and as usual, I am very pleased. The appointment was on time, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. C is thorough, professional, and friendly. He takes time to completely explain what he sees in the screening and how to treat it. He’s definitely raised my awareness of the different skin cancers and how to prevent them in a professional way without badgering. He is just awesome. We are very lucky to have such expertise in our city. He’s truly special.

I had two benign lesions frozen off at my first visit. There was a third lesion, however he did not want to freeze it due to the location, not for a medical reason, but for an aesthetic reason. He did not give me the option to make the decision, he made it for me. I paid a deductible for upto 14 lesions to be removed and only had 2 removed. I called back 3 weeks later and requested the third lesion be removed, that the aesthetic concern did not bother me. I was told I would be billed for another procedure, the same one I had at the first visit, even though the lesion was present at my first visit and it was not my choice not to have it removed. I would have chosen to have it removed at the first visit had I been given the option.
