Sharon has been an absolute nightmare to work with from the start. Each one of my visits have been less fruitful than the last. She gets constantly side tracked and focuses on topics other than why I am seeing her for that visit. She is surprisingly incompetent at her job. Dr. Sherling had sent me to a specialist to get very old (unrelated to my visit) test results relooked at. When I arrived, I had the pleasure of finding out that she did not send over ANY of my results to the specialist. This lead to a huge waste of time for myself and their entire staff. We spent an hour making calls to get the info ourselves, just for the specialist to look at them in pure confusion as to why I was sent to there in the first place.Additionally, I have been waiting for Sharon to sign a single piece of paper to receive medical treatment for over month. After several calls to her practice I still have not been able to move forward with my treatment. I look forward to not seeing her again.

No Follow up and forgets to send referrals
Telehealth
Unfortunately, I changed my previous doctor to her and this has been the worst experience ever. Although I know most doctor's do not follow up on patients in this country, the least that it is expected from them is to send your referral immediately for further finding in your body but, even this, is not manageable on her end. I have waited patiently to get a referral for an ultrasound and nothing has happened. She only sees patients once a week (Monday) and your life depends on that. She should not be practicing as she does not have the time for the patients. This is why I am rating her badly... unreliable...

Lacks Caring Personality
My 7 year old daughter and I were so excited to see Dr. Sherling because she was a holistic/conventional doctor and I previous holistic doctor retired. However, once we meet her, she had an a very nonchalant, uncaring, and unpleasant demeanor. It caught us off guard for a Pediatrician, She was very standoffish and hesitant about touching my daughter. When I asked her questions regarding my daughter and her practice she was very rude. The last straw was that she told us that she could not discuss any holistic treatment in person, that it must be virtual. I told her that what can of operation was she running that I specifically drove over 45 minutes to discuss holistic treatments for my child that was battling eczema. Nevertheless, my daughter will not ever go back to that facility because it was a true waste of time and effort. Dr. Sherling need to work with the deceased because they have the same personality.

Visit With Dr. Sharon Sherling Was A Waste Of Time
Was looking for an integrative medicine/holostic PCP (hard to find in my area) with whom I could establish a lasting rapport. I have a lot of issues, but Dr. Sherling kept interupting me before I could explain. She coldly sat across the room on a counter, told me to call my healthcare provider to find specialists, and left the room without checking me out. Waited a long time for the in-person appointment... for nothing. Will never go back... so disappointed !!

Based on first visit, was very pleased with her holistic approach. I liked her ability to talk about conventional medicine and leaky gut in the same sentence. I love finding her without having to find a non insurance covered integrative medicine practioner. She spent a lot of time understanding the issues I raised. Though I guess it was odd that she didn't ask my adolescent much about her perspective. Also, the lady who came for a blood sample was extremely patient in handling my fearful girl

Awful experience. The front desk staff is not helpful and couldn't answer simple questions. Dr. Sherling made little effort to listen to what my symptoms have been, the duration of my symptoms, or connecting the dots of what I was telling her. She was condescending and had terrible bedside manner. She gave poor advice, failed to conduct the appropriate diagnostic tests, and did not provide a treatment plan. The office nurse was also was condescending. Would not recommend Dr. Sherling to anyone.

After numerous visits, all but begging for help, I'm done. No engagement, just 2 minutes with her staring at her laptop. No better than when I started. Discussing medications with her, she just seems confused, asking me to repeat myself again and again, only to discover that scripts are incorrect. Done.

Terrible experience !!!!! She came to the office and never look at me, all the time she was looking at the laptop she brought with her. She didn't ask any questions, let me Do the talk, Rush me the 2 minutes she spent with me and gave me a poor, wrong diagnostic. She didn't even touch me ! Or look closer ! All the time she look at the computer and typed, maybe she was trying to get the answer to my problem on Google. She didn't asked any questions or answer any of my concerns. She is the worst!

Dr. Sherling rushed through my entire office visit. I needed a PCP closer to home, so made an appointment for annual exam. I even explained to Dr. Sherling that I was seeking a new PCP, and that I had a few other issues I wanted to discuss. She didn't seem to care, she didn't ask me any questions, and she didn't seem to want or need any new patients.
